Before you begin: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. This will remove your account access and personal information. If you have funds in your wallet, be sure to withdraw your balance before proceeding.
Steps
Open your profile menu Tap your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Select Account From the menu that appears, tap Account (gear icon).
Go to Account Management Scroll down to the Account Management section.
Select Delete Account Tap Delete Account (shown in red with a trash icon), then follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
Information to Know
Self-Exclude is a separate option located just above Delete Account. If you're looking to take a break rather than permanently close your account, this may be a better fit — it lets you pause your account temporarily instead of deleting it for good.
Make sure your wallet balance is $0.00 or withdrawn before deleting your account, as funds may not be recoverable afterward.
