This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued on Payday Fantasy.

1. No Refunds on Gameplay Entries

All entry fees submitted to participate in gameplay (including peer-to-peer matchups, pick’em games, and other formats) are non-refundable, even if:

  • You change your mind after entering

  • You are unable to complete or track the entry

  • Your picks are voided due to player injury, cancellation, or scoring changes

Refunds will not be provided due to disagreement with scoring outcomes, results, or any subjective assessment of fairness unless a technical error is confirmed.


2. Deposit Refunds

Deposits made into your Payday Fantasy wallet are generally non-refundable unless:

  • A duplicate charge was processed in error

  • You were incorrectly charged due to a known platform issue

  • You submitted a verified request before using any of the funds

To request a refund on a deposit, please contact us immediately at:

Your account must be in good standing, and we may require documentation to verify your claim.


3. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there has been an unauthorized transaction on your account:

  • Please contact our support team first to allow us to investigate

  • Initiating a chargeback with your card provider without first contacting support may result in:

    • Immediate account suspension

    • Forfeiture of wallet funds or gameplay entries

    • Permanent ban from the platform

We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with supporting documentation.


4. Refund Eligibility Due to Platform Error

If a refund is requested due to a platform-level error (e.g., wallet malfunction, confirmed payout issue), we will investigate and may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion.


5. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Disqualifications due to rule violations

  • Missed deadlines or entry lockouts

  • Internet connectivity issues on the user’s end

  • Changes in player status after the entry is submitted (e.g., player injury)

  • Gameplay selections voided for in-game events (e.g., shortened games, weather impacts)


6. How Refunds Are Issued

If a refund is granted:

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, or

  • Applied as site credit to your Payday Fantasy wallet, at our discretion

  • Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider


7. Final Authority

All refund decisions are made by BetScoop Inc. dba Payday Fantasy and are final. Abuse of refund requests or chargebacks may result in removal from the platform.


8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted in the Help Center with the new effective date.
