1. No Refunds on Gameplay Entries
All entry fees submitted to participate in gameplay (including peer-to-peer matchups, pick’em games, and other formats) are non-refundable, even if:
You change your mind after entering
You are unable to complete or track the entry
Your picks are voided due to player injury, cancellation, or scoring changes
Refunds will not be provided due to disagreement with scoring outcomes, results, or any subjective assessment of fairness unless a technical error is confirmed.
Refunds are not available once gameplay has begun or when deposits are tied to active bonus offers. Once bonus funds have been credited or used for entries, the related deposit becomes ineligible for refund under our promotional terms.

3. No Subscription or Recurring Billing Services
Payday Fantasy does not offer subscription services, memberships, recurring billing programs, automatic renewals, or any other form of recurring payment arrangement.
All deposits made on the Platform are initiated individually and voluntarily by the user at the time of each transaction. No deposit, entry fee, purchase, or other payment will be automatically charged to a user's payment method without the user's affirmative action to authorize that specific transaction.

Users are solely responsible for initiating each deposit transaction.

Accordingly, users agree that disputes or chargebacks based upon allegations of cancelled subscriptions, cancelled recurring transactions, recurring billing, automatic renewals, or similar claims are inapplicable to transactions conducted on the Platform because no such services are offered.
