Step 1 — Open the Wallet Menu
Click your wallet balance in the top-right corner of the screen.
You’ll see your Total Balance, split into:
Main Wallet – Available for withdrawal
Bonus Wallet – Bonus funds, not available for withdrawal
Click Withdraw to begin.
Step 2 — Review Your Available Balance
The withdrawal screen shows:
Available for withdrawal – Funds in your Main Wallet not subject to play-through requirements
Minimum withdrawal – $10, in whole dollar amounts
Processing time – Requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours
Limit – Only one active withdrawal request at a time
Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw in the Request Withdrawal field.
Step 3 — Submit Your Request
Type the withdrawal amount.
Click Submit Request.
Example: Withdrawing $300 from a $1,101.25 available balance.
Step 4 — Pending Review
After submitting, your request will appear in Active Withdrawal Request with:
Amount requested
Date and time submitted
Status: Pending Review (processed within 24 hours)
Cancel Request option (before it’s processed)
Step 5 — Approval & Payout Method
When approved, the status updates to Approved and you’ll see a Choose Payout Method button.
Click Choose Payout Method to open the cashier.
Select your preferred payout option.
Follow the prompts to finalize your withdrawal.
✅ Important: Your withdrawal is not complete until you choose a payout method and confirm it in the cashier. Once your request is approved, you’ll have the ability to link your bank account and select it for payout.

Once you have completed your withdrawal, the timing of an approved withdrawal depends on the payout method you choose. Once your withdrawal is approved and you select your payout method, we send the funds immediately. Delivery typically takes just minutes, but in some cases it can take longer depending on your bank or payout provider.
If you see your withdrawal showing Completed, it means we’ve already sent the payment successfully. The timing of an approved withdrawal depends on the payout method you choose.
If the bank you selected does not support RTP, it is being processed through ACH which takes longer.
RTP (Real-Time Payments): If your bank supports RTP, your payout will be received instantly within minutes after approval.
ACH Transfer: If RTP isn’t available for your bank, we’ll process your payout through standard ACH, which typically arrives within 24–48 hours.
Weekends and bank holidays
Processing times may be delayed on weekends or bank holidays as all financial institutions take longer to confirm transactions during these periods.

Bonus Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn.
If you cancel your request, the funds return to your Main Wallet immediately.
