💳 Deposit Limits

Deposit Limits help you manage your spending by setting the maximum amount you can deposit into your Payday Fantasy account over a rolling time period.

What are Deposit Limits?

Deposit Limits are a responsible gaming tool that allow you to set a maximum amount you can deposit during a rolling:

  • 24-hour period (Daily)

  • 7-day period (Weekly)

  • 30-day period (Monthly)

Once you've reached your limit, additional deposits will be blocked until enough of your previous deposits fall outside the applicable rolling period.

How Deposit Limits Work

Deposit limits are based on a rolling time window, not a calendar day, week, or month.

For example:

  • If you set a $100 Daily Deposit Limit and deposit $100 at 2:00 PM, you'll be unable to make another deposit until after 2:00 PM the following day.

  • If you set a $500 Weekly Deposit Limit, your available deposit amount increases as deposits made more than seven days ago fall outside the rolling window.

Important Information

Please note the following before setting a deposit limit:

  • You are responsible for selecting a limit that reflects your desired spending.

  • If a deposit causes you to reach or exceed your selected limit, that deposit will still be accepted.

  • Once your limit has been reached, any future deposits will be blocked until enough previous deposits fall outside the rolling period.

  • Deposit limits must be set in whole dollar amounts of $10 or more.

  • Each limit (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly) can only be set once through your account.

Can I Change My Deposit Limit?

To protect the integrity of your responsible gaming settings, deposit limits cannot be changed or removed from within your account after they have been set.

If you would like to request a change to an existing deposit limit, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance. Requests may be subject to review and applicable responsible gaming policies.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a rolling period?

A rolling period continuously looks back over the previous 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days based on the limit you've selected. It does not reset at midnight or at the beginning of the week or month.

What happens if my deposit exceeds my limit?

If a deposit causes you to reach or exceed your limit, that deposit will still be processed. Any additional deposit attempts will be declined until enough previous deposits fall outside the applicable rolling period.

Can I set more than one deposit limit?

Yes. You can set Daily, Weekly, and Monthly deposit limits independently.

Can I remove or increase my limit?

Not through your account. Once a limit has been set, it cannot be changed or removed from the Responsible Gaming page. If you need to request an update, please contact Customer Support.

Do deposit limits affect withdrawals or gameplay?

No. Deposit limits only restrict future deposits. They do not affect withdrawals, account balances, or contests that have already been entered.
