This Payment Terms and Limitations Policy outlines how deposits, withdrawals, and payment activity are handled on Payday Fantasy. By using our platform, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through the following PCI-compliant processors:

Accepted deposit methods include debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, bank transfer (Pay by Bank/ACH), and Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies, depending on availability in your location. The payment method must be in your name.
2. Deposit Terms
Minimum deposit: $5.00 (USD)
Maximum deposit: May vary based on user verification and platform-imposed limits
Deposit availability: Funds are typically available for use immediately after processing
All deposits are subject to KYC verification and geolocation checks
Deposited funds must be used in entries at least once (1x play-through) before they can be withdrawn. Only entries placed from your Main Wallet count toward this requirement. Promo Credits do not add to this requirement.
You can set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
Deposits are final and non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy
3. Withdrawal Terms
Minimum withdrawal: $10.00 (USD)
Withdrawals are only permitted after successful identity verification
Withdrawal methods include instant bank transfer, eligible debit cards, Cash App and standard ACH. Payouts must go to an account in your name. Payouts to Cash App are sent to the $Cashtag you enter; Payday Fantasy is not responsible for payouts sent to an incorrectly entered $Cashtag, and these cannot be reversed or reissued.
Paid instantly after approval. Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours. After approval, instant bank transfers and debit card payouts usually arrive within minutes, Cash App payouts are sent instantly to your Cash App balance, and standard ACH transfers take 1–2 business days.
You may submit more than one withdrawal request, up to a total of $1,000 in any rolling 7-day period.
Promo Credits and Legacy Bonus Cash cannot be withdrawn. Promo Credits can only be used to pay entry fees for MAX entries on Payday, picked under Use a Promo in your entry slip, with one promotion per entry. Promo Credits can't be used on same-game entries. Winnings from entries paid with Promo Credits are credited to your Main Wallet as cash and are not subject to any additional play-through, but they cannot be withdrawn until the qualifying play-through on your deposits is met. Legacy Bonus Cash held before October 15, 2026 follows the rules in effect before that date and expires at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 15, 2027. See Terms and Conditions Section 5.6.
Users may be required to submit additional documentation prior to withdrawal, especially if flagged for fraud or chargeback review
We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals if terms are violated or fraud is suspected
4. Payment Limitations
To promote responsible use and reduce fraud risk, Payday Fantasy may impose the following limitations:
Deposit and withdrawal frequency caps
Daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits
Temporary or permanent funding restrictions due to suspicious behavior or pending compliance review
Ineligibility for payment features if you are physically located in a restricted jurisdiction or do not meet age and KYC requirements
5. Currency and Fees
All monetary values are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
Payday Fantasy does not charge additional platform fees for deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or card issuer may impose fees
Refunds, reversals, or rejected transactions may result in delays or account holds
6. Prohibited Use of Funds
Users may not:
Use Payday Fantasy to launder funds or engage in unauthorized commercial activity
Attempt to withdraw Promo Credits, Legacy Bonus Cash, or other incentives (which cannot be withdrawn), or withdraw deposited funds before meeting the play-through requirement
Use third-party accounts or payment methods without authorization
Violations may result in account suspension, reversal of transactions, or permanent ban from the platform.
7. Fraud Prevention and Holds
We actively monitor all financial activity for suspicious patterns. Payday Fantasy reserves the right to:
Place temporary holds on accounts with unusual or flagged activity
Reverse or block transactions suspected to be fraudulent
Restrict access to winnings or wallet funds until investigations are complete
We will notify you if any action is taken against your account.
8. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as payment systems, compliance rules, or platform features change. All updates will be posted in our Help Center with the new effective date.
