At Payday Fantasy, our paid-entry contests are considered games of skill.

To access or participate in paid-entry gameplay on Payday Fantasy, you must meet all of the following requirements:

You must meet the minimum age requirement mandated by the laws and regulations of the U.S. state in which you are physically located at the time of gameplay. Where a state imposes a higher minimum age, that higher age requirement will apply.

You must be physically located in a U.S. state where Payday Fantasy gameplay is legally offered at the time you access or participate in gameplay. Eligibility is determined by real-time geolocation verification, which may be required each time you attempt to access paid gameplay.

If your location cannot be verified, or if you are not located in a state where gameplay is offered, access to paid gameplay will be restricted.

You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to your physical location at the time of gameplay. Payday Fantasy reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or disable gameplay access at any time to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.

Gameplay availability may change without notice as laws, regulations, or enforcement guidance evolve.

Payday Fantasy gameplay is offered only in U.S. states where the Company is able to legally operate. Access may be enabled or disabled dynamically based on location, verification results, and compliance requirements.
