Who Can Play Payday Fantasy?
At Payday Fantasy, our paid-entry contests are considered games of skill.
Age Requirements & Available U.S. States
To participate in our paid-entry contests, you must be at least 18 years old (or 19 years old in Nebraska) and live in one of the following eligible states:

Nebraska (19 minimum age)
New Mexico
North Carolina
North Dakota

Rhode Island

Additionally, participants must be a current U.S. resident, possess a valid Social Security Number, and have a U.S. checking or savings bank account to deposit or withdraw funds from your Payday Fantasy Wallet.
Players are allowed only one Payday Fantasy account.
Eligibility Criteria
To access and use our platform, you must meet the following requirements:
Residency Requirement: You must be a registered resident of a state where our gameplay is legally offered.
Identity Verification: You must provide a valid, government-issued ID to verify your residency and identity.
Location Eligibility: As a registered resident of an eligible state, you may play from your state of residence or from any other state where our gameplay is legally offered.
Prohibited Residency
If you are a resident of a state where our gameplay is prohibited, you are not eligible to register for or use our platform, regardless of your location. Traveling to a state where our gameplay is legally offered does not grant eligibility to participate in our platform.
If it is determined that a prohibited resident has participated in gameplay:
All gameplay and associated transactions will be voided.
Deposits will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be initiated within 30 business days of the original transaction. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
State Compliance
You must also comply with the rules and regulations of the state in which you are located. This includes providing personal identification and geolocation information for verification purposes to ensure eligibility.
Since regulations around fantasy sports contests vary by state, we are only able to offer Payday Fantasy Picks in the states listed above.
For residents of states not listed, the law may be ambiguous or restrictive, and as a result, Payday Fantasy Picks may not be available in those areas.
