Understanding the Verification Process
At Payday Fantasy, we have two pathways to verify your account: submitting a photo of your government-issued ID or filling out a form with specific information.
Depending on your account status, you’ll be asked to complete one of these steps to confirm your identity and get you ready to start playing.
Why am I being asked to verify my account?
Payday Fantasy requires additional information to confirm your identity. This verification process ensures that only eligible users can access our platform. You will either be prompted to:
Submit a photo of your government-issued ID, or
Fill out a form with the required information as requested by the verification service.
Both methods are simple and quick and typically take just a couple of minutes.
What happens after I submit my ID or information?
After completing the verification process (either by submitting your ID or entering your information into the form), you’ll either be:
Verified: You’ll receive a notification confirming "Verification Successful" and be directed to the deposit page to start playing.
Request for ID Resubmission: If there are issues with your ID submission (e.g., unclear images, poor lighting, or an invalid ID such as a library card or debit card), you’ll be asked to resubmit your ID.
Under Review: A verification specialist will review your account details for further verification.
Denied: If your verification is denied, you won’t be able to play on Payday Fantasy. Payday Fantasy reserves the right to deny verification at its sole discretion. For privacy and security reasons, we cannot provide specific details about the reasons for denial.
Important Note on Accuracy
Whether you are submitting your ID or filling out the form, you must provide accurate information.
The verification service will ask for certain pieces of information, and you must enter everything correctly.
Pay attention to capitalization, spacing, and formatting exactly as they appear on your official documents.
Any discrepancies or errors may cause delays in the verification process or result in a request for resubmission.
