Collusion & Bonus Abuse

These actions are considered collusion or abuse and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.


Misrepresentation of Identity or Location

By using Payday Fantasy, you confirm that:

  • You meet all legal age and residency requirements

  • You will not use VPNs, proxy tools, or false information to bypass location restrictions
    ​

  • You are the legal owner of any payment method used
    ​

Violations may lead to account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds or winnings.


Authorized Account Holder Responsibilities

The Authorized Account Holder is the person who owns the email and payment method tied to the account. They must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or older if required by local laws)

  • Keep login credentials secure and confidential

  • Use only their valid payment methods

  • Ensure account information is accurate and up to date

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact support immediately.


Suspensions and Enforcement

If we determine that your actions compromise fairness, security, or the experience of other users, we may take any of the following actions, with or without prior notice:

  • Suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account

  • Withhold, void, or reclaim winnings or bonuses

  • Restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay features

All enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion. If you are notified of an account action, our decision is final. You may contact Customer Support for a one-time review, but continued appeals will not be considered.
