what you have to do to enter;

when entry opens and closes, in ET;

how winners are chosen — closest prediction, or random draw;

how many winners there are and how many Promo Credits each one receives; and

for prediction giveaways, where the final figure is taken from.

They are separate prizes. Winning one does not affect your chance of winning the other, and a giveaway prize does not count against the "one prize per person per week" limit in Program Terms section 5A.

If a giveaway asks you to follow @paydayfantasy, that follow may also enter you in the weekly draw, provided you meet the Program Terms and have linked your X username in the app. That is a separate entry under separate rules.

You do not need to be in Payday Rewards to enter a giveaway.

No purchase or deposit is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or deposit will not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited.

You must be 18 or older (19 or older in Nebraska) and a legal resident of the United States.

You do not need a Payday account to enter. You will need one to claim a prize — see section 6.

Your X account must be public, and must be an account you own and control.

Payday employees, and their immediate family and household members, cannot win.

One entry per person per giveaway, regardless of how many X accounts you hold.

Payday may decide, at its sole discretion, that someone is not eligible.

Only your first reply counts. Later replies, edits and deleted replies are not counted.

Where a prediction is asked for, a reply that does not contain one in the form the post asks for is not a valid entry.

Entries must be received before entry closes. We use the timestamp on X.

We find entries through the giveaway post. We are not responsible for entries we cannot see because of platform settings, outages or changes.

We compare every valid prediction against the official final figure from the source of record named in the giveaway post. The entries closest to it, in absolute terms, win.

If two or more entries are equally close, the earlier reply wins.

Payday's determination of the official figure is final.

Winners are chosen at random from all valid entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

We contact winners by reply or direct message on X, from @paydayfantasy. We will never ask you for a password, a payment, or card details.

To claim, you must create a Payday account, complete identity verification, and confirm the X account that won is yours — within 14 days of being contacted. No deposit is required at any point.

If you already have a Payday account, confirm it and the credits are added to it.

If you do not claim within that window, cannot be contacted, cannot be verified, or are found not to be eligible, the prize is forfeited. Payday may select another winner or leave the prize unawarded.

If you cannot open a Payday account, you cannot receive the prize. Payday will not substitute a cash payment or any other prize.

Prizes are paid in Promo Credits, added to the Promos tab of your Payday account once your claim is complete.

Promo Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged. They can be used on pick'em MAX entries under the normal rules — see What are Promo Credits?.

Giveaway Promo Credits expire 30 days after they are issued. This is separate from, and longer than, the expiry that applies to Payday Rewards credits.

To use Promo Credits you must be physically located in a state where Payday contests are offered. If you are not, you may be unable to use a prize before it expires, and Payday will not extend, replace or convert it.

One prize per person per giveaway. A giveaway prize does not count against the Payday Rewards weekly limit.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to a prize or to winnings from it.

We may ask for proof before awarding a prize, including confirmation that you control the X account that entered.

Prohibited: bought or botted reposts, replies, follows or accounts; engagement groups or schemes; multiple or shared accounts; entering on behalf of someone else; impersonation; and any other attempt to manipulate a giveaway.

Replies that are abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or that infringe someone else's rights, are not valid entries and may be reported.

If we believe you have broken these rules, we may at our sole discretion and without notice void your entry, withhold or reverse Promo Credits, void entries and winnings that used them, and suspend or close your Payday account.

Where a winner is also a Payday Rewards participant, the Program Terms apply to their participation in that programme as well.

All decisions by Payday about a giveaway, including eligibility, the official figure and winners, are final.

These giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X. Do not contact X about them.

Payday may change, pause or end a giveaway, or these rules, at any time. Prizes already won under the rules in place at the time will still be awarded.

Payday is not responsible for technical failures, platform changes, or lost or delayed notifications.

To the extent allowed by law, you release Payday from claims arising from your entry, your participation, or your use of a prize.

Once you hold a Payday account, Payday's Terms and Conditions also apply, including dispute resolution.
