The Program is a beta. We’ve just launched it, and it may change as we learn what works.

Payday may change, pause, or end the Program, or any part of it (including reward amounts, tiers, weekly limits, eligibility, and these Program Terms), at any time, with or without notice. Changes take effect when posted here. Rewards you have already qualified for under the terms in place at the time will still be paid.

If you keep taking part after a change, you accept the updated Program Terms.

You must have a Payday account in good standing that has completed identity verification, and be 18 or older (19 or older in Nebraska).

No deposit or purchase is needed to join or to earn rewards.

You may take part from anywhere in the United States. To use Promo Credits on contests, you must be physically located in a state where Payday contests are offered. If you live outside those states, you may not be able to use the Promo Credits you earn before they expire, and Payday won’t extend, replace, or convert them.

Payday employees and their immediate family or household members can’t earn rewards.

One Payday account per person. Payday may decide, at its sole discretion, that someone is not eligible.

To join, open Payday Rewards in the app, accept these Program Terms, and opt in.

You can stop taking part at any time by unlinking your usernames or opting out in the app. Rewards already credited stay in your account under their normal expiry. Posts or draws after you opt out won’t earn rewards.

You may link one X, one TikTok, and one Instagram username to your Payday account. Each username can be linked to only one Payday account.

You must own and control every account you link, and the account must be public.

You may change a linked username at any time. A post only counts if it comes from the username that is linked when we review it.

Linking a username lets us view the public posts, follows, and view counts for that account to run the Program.

No purchase or deposit necessary. Void where prohibited.

How to enter: link your X username in Payday Rewards and follow @paydayfantasy on X. You’re entered once per week for as long as both are true at the weekly cutoff.

Entry period: each weekly draw runs from Monday 12:00 AM ET to Sunday 11:59 PM ET.

Winners: each week, 5 winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries and are told by push notification and in the app, usually on Monday. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries that week.

Prize: 10 Promo Credits per winner (no cash value). Limit one prize per person per week.

If a winner is not eligible or can’t be verified, Payday may select another winner or leave the prize unawarded.

What qualifies: a TikTok posted from your linked, public TikTok account that tags @paydayfantasy and meets the Eligible Content Guide.

Rewards: based on views 5 days after posting, using the tiers in section 6. Maximum 100 Promo Credits per TikTok.

TikToks count toward the shared weekly limit in section 6.

What qualifies: an Instagram Reel posted from your linked, public Instagram account that tags @paydayfantasy and meets the Eligible Content Guide. Stories, static posts, and carousels don’t qualify.

Rewards: based on views 5 days after posting, using the tiers in section 6. Maximum 100 Promo Credits per Reel.

Reels count toward the shared weekly limit in section 6.

Videos with fewer than 1,000 views at day 5 don’t earn rewards.

Up to 3 paid videos per week per person, counted across TikTok and Instagram combined. The week runs Monday 12:00 AM ET to Sunday 11:59 PM ET, based on when the video is posted. The same video posted on both platforms counts as two videos.

The video must stay public, tagged, and on your linked account until it is reviewed. Videos that are deleted, made private, or no longer on your linked account before then don’t earn rewards.

View counts are taken from the public count on TikTok or Instagram at the time of our review. Our count is final.

There is nothing to submit. We find videos through the @paydayfantasy tag. We aren’t responsible for posts we can’t find or view because of platform settings, outages, or changes.

Every video must meet the Eligible Content Guide, which forms part of these Program Terms.

Payday decides, at its sole discretion, whether a video meets the Eligible Content Guide. Our decision is final.

We recommend adding #ad or #PaydayPartner to your caption so viewers know you earn rewards from Payday. You are responsible for any disclosure the law or the platform requires.

You are responsible for your content and for following TikTok, Instagram, and X rules and any laws that apply to your posts.

All rewards are paid as Promo Credits, credited to your Promos tab in a weekly batch, usually on Monday.

Promo Credits have no cash value, can’t be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged, and expire 7 days after they’re issued. They can be used on pick’em MAX entries under the normal Promo Credit rules. See What are Promo Credits?.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards or to winnings from them.

You keep ownership of your content.

By tagging @paydayfantasy in a post, you give Payday a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, and display that post (including your username and likeness as shown in it) on Payday’s own social media channels and website, with credit to you.

We will ask your permission before using your content in paid advertising.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything in your post, including music, footage, and anyone who appears in it.

We may ask for proof before paying a reward, such as screenshots of your post analytics or audience location.

Prohibited conduct includes: bought, botted, or fake views, likes, comments, or followers; engagement groups or schemes; multiple or shared Payday accounts; linking accounts you don’t own; reposting other people’s content; impersonation; misleading content; content that harms the Payday brand; and any other attempt to manipulate the Program.

If we believe you have broken these Program Terms, we may, at our sole discretion and without notice: withhold, reverse, or claw back Promo Credits; void entries and winnings that used them; remove you from the Program; and suspend or close your Payday account.

All decisions by Payday about the Program, including eligibility, view counts, content review, and winners, are final.

The Program is not sponsored, endorsed, or run by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, or X.

Payday is not responsible for technical failures, platform changes, lost or delayed notifications, or errors in counting views, follows, or posts. If an error happens, we may correct it, including by adjusting rewards.

To the extent allowed by law, you release Payday from claims arising from your participation in the Program or your use of rewards.

Payday’s Terms and Conditions also apply, including dispute resolution.
