how winners are chosen;

how many winners there are and what each one wins; and

any other details specific to that Giveaway, such as the source of an official result or how long a prize lasts.

No purchase or deposit is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or deposit will not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited.

You must be 18 or older (19 or older in Nebraska) and a legal resident of the United States.

You don't need a Payday account to enter. You will need one to claim a prize (see section 6).

The social account you enter with must be public and must be one you own and control.

Payday employees, and their immediate family and household members, can't win.

One entry per person per Giveaway, no matter how many accounts or platforms you use, unless the Giveaway Post says otherwise.

Payday may decide, at its sole discretion, that someone is not eligible.

An entry missing a required action is not valid.

Where an answer or prediction is asked for, only your first response counts. Later replies, edits, and deleted replies don't count.

Entries must be received before entry closes. We use the platform's timestamp.

We find entries through the Giveaway Post, tags, or hashtags. We're not responsible for entries we can't see because of privacy settings, platform outages, or changes.

If you enter with your own content, you confirm you have the rights to everything in it, and you allow Payday to repost and share it on our own channels with credit to you. We'll ask your permission before using it in paid ads.

Random draw: winners are chosen at random from all valid entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

Closest prediction: the valid predictions closest, in absolute terms, to the official final result from the source named in the Giveaway Post win. If entries tie, the earlier one wins.

Judged / best entry: Payday judges valid entries against the criteria in the Giveaway Post, such as creativity, relevance, or originality.

First correct answer: the earliest valid entries with the correct answer win.

Any other method described in the Giveaway Post.

We contact winners by reply, comment, or direct message from an official @paydayfantasy account on the platform where you entered. We will never ask you for a password, a payment, or card details.

To claim, you must create a Payday account (or use your existing one), complete identity verification, and confirm the social account that won is yours, all within 7 days of being contacted. No deposit is needed at any point.

For a physical prize, you'll also need to give a valid US shipping address within the same 7 days.

If you don't claim in time, can't be contacted or verified, or are found not to be eligible, the prize is forfeited. Payday may pick another winner or leave the prize unawarded.

Payday won't substitute cash or another prize, except that we may replace a prize with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.

Prizes are whatever the Giveaway Post states, such as Promo Credits, free entries, or merchandise.

Promo Credits are added to the Promos tab of your Payday account once your claim is complete. They have no cash value and can't be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged. They can be used on pick'em MAX entries under the normal rules. See What are Promo Credits?

Giveaway Promo Credits expire as stated in the Giveaway Post, or 30 days after they're issued if the post doesn't say.

To use Promo Credits or free entries, you must be physically located in a state where Payday contests are offered. If you're not, you may be unable to use a prize before it expires, and Payday won't extend, replace, or convert it.

Physical prizes are shipped within the US only. Payday isn't responsible for prizes lost or damaged in shipping.

One prize per person per Giveaway, unless the Giveaway Post says otherwise.

You're responsible for any taxes on a prize or on winnings from it. We may ask for tax information where the law requires it.

We may ask for proof before awarding a prize, including that you control the account that entered.

Prohibited: bought or botted engagement, follows, or accounts; engagement groups or schemes; multiple or shared accounts; entering for someone else; impersonation; and any other attempt to manipulate a Giveaway.

Entries that are abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or infringe someone else's rights are not valid and may be reported.

If we believe you've broken these rules, we may, at our sole discretion and without notice, void your entry, withhold or reverse a prize, void entries and winnings that used it, and suspend or close your Payday account.

All decisions by Payday about a Giveaway are final.

Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, or any other platform. Don't contact them about a Giveaway.

Payday may change, pause, or end a Giveaway, or these rules, at any time. Prizes already won under the rules in place at the time will still be awarded.

Payday isn't responsible for technical failures, platform changes, or lost or delayed messages.

To the extent allowed by law, you release Payday from claims arising from your entry, your participation, or your use of a prize.

Once you hold a Payday account, Payday's Terms and Conditions also apply, including dispute resolution.
