From October 15, 2026, every promo you receive (promo credits, Payout Boosts, Free Entry and Protected Play) has a use-by or expiry date.
📅 How long promos last
Each offer shows its use-by date, and each grant of promo credits shows its expiry date and time, in your Promos tab.
Promo credits expire 7 days after they're issued unless the grant says otherwise.
No promo ever lasts more than 30 days.
Promos expire at the exact date and time shown on the card.
Promo credits from referrals and Marketplace commission follow the same 7-day rule.
🚫 What happens when a promo expires
It's removed from your active promos and can no longer be claimed.
Expired promos have no cash value. They can't be withdrawn, extended, swapped for another promo or reissued.
🔄 Voided or cancelled entries
Promo credits: if an entry that used them is voided or cancelled, they come back with their original expiry. If that expiry passed while the entry was pending, you get 48 hours from the refund to use them.
Entry offers (Protected Play, Payout Boost, Free Entry): if you cancel the entry within the cancellation window, the offer comes back with its original use-by date. If the entry is voided at settlement, the offer is used up.
💰 Winnings aren't affected
Winnings from a promo entry are paid to your Main Wallet as cash. They don't expire.
💵 Bonus cash is different
Bonus cash issued before October 15, 2026 follows its own date: it expires at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 15, 2027. See What happens to my bonus cash?
