At Payday Fantasy, we are committed to fairness, transparency, and integrity. We recognize that questions, complaints, or disputes may arise from time to time, and we’ve created this policy to ensure those concerns are addressed clearly and efficiently.

1. Submitting a Complaint or Dispute

If you experience an issue related to:

  • Account access or security

  • Gameplay results or scoring

  • Deposit or withdrawal discrepancies

  • Suspicious activity or potential fraud

  • Enforcement of platform rules or terms

You can submit a complaint through any of the following:

  • 📧 Email: [email protected]

  • 💬 Live Chat: Available in-app via Intercom during support hours

  • 📝 Help Center Request: Submit via our support request form (coming soon)

Please provide:

  • Your full name and registered email address

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Relevant screenshots or transaction IDs

  • Any applicable dates or contest names

2. Review Timeline

We aim to:

  • Acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours

  • Provide a resolution or next step within 3 business days

  • For complex cases, we’ll communicate ongoing timelines and updates transparently

3. Resolution Process

Each complaint is reviewed by our internal support or compliance team. Based on the nature of the dispute, we may:

  • Request additional documentation or clarification

  • Review logs, picks, transactions, and scoring outcomes

  • Consult third-party data providers or payment processors as needed

Our decisions will be communicated clearly and documented through email or chat.

4. Binding Dispute Resolution (Legal Clause)

If an issue cannot be resolved through the above process, you agree to the following:

  • All legal disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis in the State of Delaware, in accordance with the rules outlined in our Terms of Service

  • Class actions and jury trials are not permitted

  • You waive any right to bring a dispute in a court of law unless expressly allowed under applicable law

This clause is designed to reduce the time and cost of resolving disputes while ensuring fair treatment.

5. Chargeback or Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge on your account:

  • Please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and ineligibility for future play

6. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy at any time. Updates will be posted to our Help Center with the new effective date.
