This document outlines Payday Fantasyâs Play-Through Policy, which governs how users can withdraw funds from their Payday Fantasy Wallet.
The core principle of this policy is that players must meet a qualifying play-through on every deposit, equal to the deposit amount, before requesting a withdrawal. Promo Credits and Bonus Cash do not add to it.
Hereâs a breakdown of how this policy works, with an example:
Deposit Play-Through Requirement:
Before you can withdraw any funds, you must meet the play-through requirement on your deposit.
For example:
You deposit $100 and receive 20 promo credits.
You place a $10 entry that wins $20.
You cannot withdraw any of the funds until the $100 deposit has been fully played through.
In this case, after your winning entry, you still have $90 remaining from your initial deposit that must be played through with additional entries before any withdrawals can be made.
Every deposit counts. Play-through applies to every deposit, not just your first. Each deposit you make before requesting a withdrawal adds its full amount to your play-through balance. You canât request a withdrawal of any funds, including winnings, until that balance is cleared with qualifying entries from your Main Wallet.
Example: you deposit $25 and place a $25 qualifying entry, so that deposit is played through. Before requesting a withdrawal, you deposit another $50. Your $25 entry then wins. You canât request a withdrawal yet: the $50 deposit added $50 to your play-through balance, and it must be played through first.
Promo Credits & Bonus Cash: Promo Credits and Bonus Cash donât add to your play-through. Winnings from entries made with them go to your Main Wallet and arenât subject to any extra play-through, but you canât request a withdrawal until the qualifying play-through on your deposits is met.
Example: you deposit $100 and receive 100 promo credits. Your play-through is $100. Place $100 in qualifying entries from your Main Wallet, and you can request a withdrawal.
What counts as a qualifying entry
Additionally, Payday Fantasy has specific rules to maintain fairness and prevent abuse of promotional funds:
1. Your play through balance can only be reduced using entries placed from your Main Wallet.
How entries count toward playthrough
An entry counts toward your playthrough once it settles. Voided or refunded entries donât count toward playthrough, and if a pick is voided, the multiplier is based on the picks that remain.
A winning entry counts only if its multiplier is 2x or more. For FLEX entries, thatâs the all-correct multiplier: what the entry pays if every pick is correct.
MAX entries
If your MAX entryâs multiplier is 2x or more, the full entry amount counts toward your playthrough, whether it wins or loses.
If the multiplier is under 2x, the entry counts toward your playthrough only when it loses. A winning MAX entry under 2x doesnât count toward playthrough.
FLEX entries
FLEX entries can pay out even when some picks miss, so they count toward playthrough a little differently.
If your FLEX entryâs all-correct multiplier is 2x or more, the full entry amount counts toward your playthrough, whether it wins, loses or pays back part of your entry.
If the all-correct multiplier is under 2x, the entry counts only when it pays back less than you entered, and then only the amount you lost. For example, if you enter $10 and get $4 back, $6 counts toward your playthrough. An entry that loses outright counts in full.
Prohibited Activities:
Any attempts to circumvent the entry rules by using Promo Credits or Bonus Cash, or through collusion with other players are strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating entries with others or engaging in strategies designed to bypass the entry rules.
Violating this rule by using promotional funds or colluding to manipulate outcomes may result in permanent restriction of your account and the forfeiture of any Promo Credits or Bonus Cash.
Purpose of the Play-Through Policy
The Payday Fantasy Play-Through Policy is designed to create a fair and responsible gaming environment for all users.
By requiring a play-through, the policy ensures that users actively participate in gameplay and do not simply deposit funds to withdraw promotional value without engaging with the platform.
What changed: October 15, 2026. The 1.4x-per-pick rule is replaced by the 2x rules for MAX and FLEX entries above. Under 2x, FLEX entries that pay back less count only the amount lost.
