🛑 Right to Refuse Service Policy

This policy outlines Payday Fantasy’s right to refuse service to users who engage in abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward our team or community.

Updated yesterday

At Payday Fantasy, we’re committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for our users, employees, and community. To uphold these standards, Payday Fantasy reserves the right to refuse service, access, or continued participation on the platform to any individual whose behavior violates our standards of conduct or community values.

Grounds for Refusal or Suspension of Service

We may deny, suspend, or terminate access to any user account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for conduct that includes (but is not limited to):

  • Aggressive or abusive behavior toward Payday Fantasy employees, contractors, or other users.

  • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks of any kind, whether expressed in chat, messages, or public forums associated with our platform.

  • Threatening, intimidating, or demeaning actions toward others, including attempts to incite harm or disrupt community well-being.

  • Use of offensive, explicit, or harassing language in customer support messages, chat rooms, or social channels.

  • Repeated violations of our Terms of Use, Fair Play Policy, or Community Guidelines.

  • Malicious or fraudulent activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or its users.

Our Commitment to a Safe Environment

Our team members are here to help you — they deserve the same respect you expect in return. Aggressive or hostile interactions toward support staff will not be tolerated. We take the safety and well-being of both users and employees seriously, and we will take appropriate action to protect them.

Consequences

Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, Payday Fantasy may:

  • Issue a warning or temporary suspension.

  • Restrict access to specific features (such as chat, marketplace, or support).

  • Permanently close your account and forfeit any pending or bonus funds.

  • Report unlawful behavior to the appropriate authorities if required.

Appeals

If you believe your account was restricted or terminated in error, you may contact our team at [email protected]. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made after review are considered final.
