If you believe your entry was graded incorrectly, should have been refunded, or should have won but didn’t, we're here to help!

Before reaching out, please ensure your entry is graded/completed (not pending/active). If you still have concerns, send us a screenshot of your entry along with your question or issue. We’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note: once an entry is graded, the final stats will be correct, and if a player did not play, their entry will be marked as VOID. This will happen once the game/match involving the player is completed/finished.

To keep grading accurate across all sports and markets, certain projections do not update live during games. This is normal and expected. These projections will always update before the entry is graded and moved to Complete. Once an entry is marked Complete, all stats are final.

If you ever see something incorrect after the entry is in the Completed section, please contact support and we’ll review it.

Scoring will appear once the match has finished and before the entry settles.

Some leagues and specific prop markets require additional verification before we can grade the results. Because of this, these markets may experience slightly delayed settlement times compared to major full-game markets.

To ensure fairness and accuracy, we also cross-reference with credible secondary sources, including verified outlets, player participation logs, injury reports, and real-time updates that reflect when and how players were active in a game.

While we strive for speed and precision in all settlements, occasional discrepancies or errors can occur due to the timing of official data corrections. Our goal is to maintain a balance between fast payouts and accurate results for every user.

Once official settlement data is received from our trusted providers, our system performs a series of internal accuracy and consistency checks.

This approach allows us to deliver fast, reliable settlements without unnecessary delays, while still maintaining the integrity of every result.

Occasionally, leagues or data providers may issue stat corrections after we’ve verified results and initiated payouts.
