If you believe your entry was graded incorrectly, should have been refunded, or should have won but didn’t, we're here to help!

Before reaching out, please ensure your entry is graded (not pending). If you still have concerns, send us a screenshot of your entry along with your question or issue. We’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note: once an entry is graded, the final stats will be correct, and if a player did not play, their entry will be marked as VOID. This will happen once the game/match involving the player is completed/finished.

Player Stats Adjustments

Occasionally, a player’s statistics may be updated or corrected due to adjustments made by the official league (e.g., NBA, NFL). These updates can impact the player's score or stats, which may result in changes to your balance. At Payday Fantasy, we aim to balance fast payouts with data accuracy. Here’s how we handle stat corrections:

  • Final Settlement Window:
Once a game ends and we receive initial settlement data from our provider, we begin a 20-minute window to allow for any stat updates or corrections. If an update is received during that time, the clock resets, granting another 20 minutes for further changes. This process continues until no new updates are received within a 20-minute window. At that point, the stats are considered final and no additional changes will be made. This approach mirrors the typical timing of official league data updates while allowing us to process payouts promptly.

  • After the Window Closes:
If no corrections are received within the 20-minute window, the stats we have are considered final, even if discrepancies are reported by official league sources later. This ensures that payouts are not delayed indefinitely.

  • Why This Matters:
We understand that stat discrepancies can be frustrating. However, it’s important to note that these updates affect all users equally. A correction that turns a potential win into a loss for one user may simultaneously turn a loss into a win for another. Over time, this balances out.

  • Our Commitment:
In all cases, our team will do its best to make fair decisions and act in the best interest of our users. Our goal is to provide timely, accurate results while maintaining the integrity of every game.
